SOC 2 (System and Organization Controls 2) is a widely recognized auditing standard developed by the AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants). It evaluates how companies manage customer data based on several criteria.
In simple terms, it’s a rigorous test of how well we protect your data.
This achievement reflects our dedication to maintaining the highest standards for securing customer data.
What SOC 2 Type I Means
SOC 2 Type I focuses on whether the design of our internal controls is solid, right now. It confirms that we have the right systems and processes in place to manage and protect customer data.
Our report was issued by an independent, accredited auditing firm after a thorough review of our systems, policies, and procedures.
Next step, SOC 2 Type II.
Same controls, but this time the focus is on how consistently we apply them over a full 12-month stretch.
The official audit window for Type II is starting soon, and we’ve already signed a letter of intent with our auditor, which is available in our Trust Center. This demonstrates our full commitment to completing the Type II attestation next.
