The successful candidate will be in charge of the top of the funnel. They will be responsible for all external, online acquisition marketing, managing the strategy, execution, and optimization of campaigns across channels in order to increase traffic and user signups, with a focus on our main performance channel: Google Ads.
Your Responsibilities:
Campaign Development: create and execute multi-channel campaigns to attract potential customers and generate high-quality signups.
Paid Advertising: manage and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads. Experiment with others like LinkedIn Ads, and Quora Ads for ex.
Landing Page Optimization: create and optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates.
User Nurturing (Early Stages): design initial user nurturing workflows & email sequences to engage and educate prospects.
Analytics and Reporting: set up, track and report on key metrics such as ROAS, traffic, lead volume, and campaign performance, using insights to identify trends & optimize future efforts.
Testing: plan, execute and measure conversion tests; define and set conversion points and optimize the top of the user funnel.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and customer success to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Budget Management: Manage and allocate the marketing budget effectively to maximize impact and ROI.
Domain Innovation: Evaluate emerging digital marketing technologies & trends, and proactively suggest new and creative growth strategies.
Your Skills:
SEM Expertise: in-depth knowledge of performance best practices and experience managing SEM campaigns, especially Google Ads proficiency.
A/B Testing: Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM systems: Experience with tools like Brevo (Hubspot, or similar) for managing signup generation and early user nurturing campaigns.
Website Handling: Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic web design principles.
Data Analysis: ability to analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data.
Project Management: strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, with the ability to meet tight deadlines in an environment with competing priorities.
Expertise: knowledge of latest web design, digital marketing & search engine trends and best practices.
Adaptability: ability to quickly adapt to new information, technologies and processes.
Your Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in growth, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
Experience with freemium SaaS models and user acquisition strategies.
Experience in email marketing & nurture campaign with basic HTML knowledge.
Excellent or (near) native English language skills.
