involve.me funnels combine interactive quiz, form, survey & calculator elements into multi-step, multi-page flows that engage, qualify and convert leads. They can be published as standalone landing pages or embedded on websites as widgets. Businesses build them by chatting with AI and edit by drag & drop.
We are seeking a Technical Support & QA Specialist to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and product quality. This role combines customer-facing support with hands-on quality assurance, requiring strong technical understanding, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
Your responsibilities
Manage first and second level support requests through live chat and email
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and reproduce technical issues in collaboration with engineering
Provide clear, structured step-by-step instructions to resolve customer problems
Maintain and expand internal knowledge bases and documentation
Create automated frontend QA tests (using specific tools)
Conduct manual QA testing of new features before releases
Document QA processes, results, and issues for internal reporting
Escalate and follow up on complex bugs to ensure timely resolution
Identify opportunities for customers to expand their use of involve.me
Represent the customer’s perspective internally, collaborating with product, engineering, marketing, and sales teams
Your profile
Native-level English
Strong affinity for IT and confidence handling technical requests
Previous experience in SaaS customer support is a plus
Familiarity with support tools (Intercom is an advantage)
Experience in software testing or QA (manual or automated)
Familiarity with QA tools is an advantage
Ability to translate complex technical details into simple, actionable explanations
Strong communication skills and a structured, reliable work approach
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
